Show Notes

Women's empowerment is near and dear to my heart (I used to teach women's studies and feminist theory), and I can't think of a better person to discuss this with than my friend, Patricia V. Hayes.

We talk about the importance of asking lots of questions, calling out what seems unfair, and getting what you deserve in your life and career. If you struggle with imposter syndrome and self-advocacy (yes, Pilates teachers, I'm looking at you), this episode is for you!
